Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers about our zero-cost model, machine installations, maintenance, and seamless operations for your workplace or venue.

Is the vending machine truly free of charge?

Yes, completely. There are no rental fees, delivery charges, or hidden upkeep costs. We supply the machine, manage the stock, and retain the proceeds from retail sales.

Who handles the restocking and cleaning?

We take care of 100% of the day-to-day management. Our team visits regularly to ensure your machine is immaculately clean, sanitised, and filled with popular refreshments.

What types of products can we offer?

We cater to your team and visitors with a variety of cold drinks, snacks, healthy choices, and combination options tailored to your venue's preferences.

What happens if a machine requires maintenance or repairs?

We monitor and service all equipment. In the rare event of a technical issue or breakdown, our technicians carry out swift repairs at no cost to your business.

What are the site and power requirements?

All we require is a standard UK electrical plug socket and adequate level floor space. Our modern machines are energy-efficient to keep running costs very minimal.

How do customers pay for snacks and drinks?

All of our modern machines are fitted with fast, reliable contactless card payment readers supporting debit/credit cards, smartphones, and smartwatches.

How long does installation take?

Once you contact us and agree on the preferred machine type, our team typically completes delivery, positioning, and full stocking within 2 to 4 weeks.

How do we get started?

Simply give us a call or drop us an email. We will discuss your location's footfall, recommend the best machine option, and book a hassle-free delivery date.
